Meet the Group
Chianne Gething
With an early start in real estate, purchasing her first property at just 18, Chianne began her career on the investment side—managing short-term rentals, and renovations—before transitioning into client services a decade later. In 2018, she launched Real Estate In Real Life, which has since expanded to serve clients throughout Scottsdale, Rim Country, and the White Mountains. Known for her hands-on, detail-oriented approach, Chianne combines deep industry expertise and market insight to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Travis Lofstedt
A top 3% Valleywide residential real estate agent, Travis specializes in Scottsdale and McCormick Ranch. With a 20-year background as an educator in the Scottsdale Unified School District, he brings exceptional communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills to every client relationship. Known for his ability to listen deeply and approach challenges with creativity, Travis operates on a simple philosophy: connect authentically, solve problems relentlessly, and collaborate with clients to achieve meaningful results.
Meghan McGinnity
With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Meghan is a trusted expert and top-performing agent in the Valley’s luxury market. Real estate runs in her blood — raised in a family of real estate developers, she learned the importance of hard work, meaningful relationships, and strategic investing from an early age. Known for her sharp negotiation skills, deep market insight, and unwavering dedication to her clients, Meghan delivers exceptional results while ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience from start to finish.
